Terms & Conditions applying to purchase of aviation equipment from suppliers
JARE ATP Limited purchases aviation equipment from a range of aviation suppliers.
The condition of purchase and condition of equipment is based on each requirement – JARE ATP will stipulate on each Purchase Order the quantity, type of collection or delivery and the condition required.
In general all aviation equipment purchased from an aviation supplier will be typically required as described on each Purchase Order issued by JARE ATP Limited using these terms:-
In good clean, non-worn and/or damaged condition and complete with any additions i.e. seat belts, windows/blinds, harnesses, standard equipment etc., all in working order depending on the aviation equipment purchased and all in similar quantities/sizes/dimensions/style per type of aviation equipment purchased
Unless specifically stated all aviation equipment must be serviceable and fit for purpose, JARE ATP does not accept scrap, u/s or ‘as removed’ aviation equipment unless specified on each Purchase Order issued.
Whatever a suppliers T&Cs are the JARE ATP requirement will take precedence unless the supplier makes a request in writing to vary this – any such variation would also need a PO based on the agreed terms and condition of the aviation equipment.
All invoices from Aviation suppliers must include all the details for each item purchased including the stated condition requested by JARE ATP Limited.
