At JARE ATP we are delighted that once again the UK Government’s Skills Funding Agency has confirmed that JARE ATP will continue to appear on this benchmark Register following the last annual refresh of detailed information.

The Register contains bona fide Colleges and Training Organisation who meet the SFA’s demanding criteria and proof of educational expertise and financial standing and we were able to demonstrate via a range of evidence that we met their criteria.

JARE ATP remain the only independent Aviation Educational Institution on the SFA Register of Training Organisations – JARE ATP’s Chief Executive commented: “For any prospective candidate wishing to join the aviation industry if they are looking for a caring organisation to help them realise their ambition then they should consider JARE ATP, especially as we are the only Aviation Institution to meet the SFA’s criteria – our details can be found on the SFA website.”

The latest Register of Training Providers will be posted on the SFA website in February 2014.

December was a very busy period for us at JARE ATP with World Media Rights spending a number of days filming scenes for the famous Lufthansa Flight 181  Hi-Jacking in 1977 when the aircraft was finally stormed on the runway at Mogadishu by the German GSG9 Special Forces using our B737 aircraft.

Many visitors to the JARE ATP Aviation Centre were a little alarmed at the realism of what was going on especially when actors were taking a break from filming whilst still fully ‘kitted up’ in their combat gear.

Look out for the WMR production in 2014 on Yesterday and other similar TV channels.

We are delighted to announce that JARE ATP have become a Training Centre for a range of First Aid training awarding via NUCO and First Aid Training Awards.

JARE ATP have been teaching Aviation First Aid for over 20 years and so it was logical to add the current range of First Aid options into the current portfolio of training programmes and also offer externally accredited certification with, if required, aviation contextualisation.

Both Directors of JARE ATP, Julie A.Rushton and Andrew N.S. Easton are qualified First Aid Training Instructors and we can now offer the following options with externally accredited certification:-

Level 3 First Aid at Work Initial Training – 3 Days

Level 3 First Aid at Work Refresher Training – 3 Days

Level 3 First Aid at Work Annual Refresher Training – 1 Day

Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work Initial Training – 1 Day

Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work Refresher Training – 1 Day

Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work Annual Refresher Training – 1/2 Day

Level 2 CPR/AED Initial Training – 1 Day

Level 2 CPR/AED Refresher Training – 1 Day

Level 2 CPR/AED Annual Refresher Training – 1/2 Day

Using easy-to-understand learning and training materials, comprehensive resources, excellent training facilities and fully up-to-date current training will ensure that each individual trained by JARE ATP will receive the most supportive and relevant First Aid and AED training available.

Currently we offer an Air Cabin Crew option and an Aviation Operations/Airline Customer Service Agent option but NOW we are offering the two combined in a unique Airline & Airport Diploma with an HSE approved and externally accredited Emergency First Aid at Work option contextualised for the aviation Industry.

This programme is available over Three Days at only £250.00 per student fully inclusive so whether you are interested in Air Cabin Crew or Airline Customer Service Agents you can now combine the two giving you more options to enter the exciting world of aviation and also gain a unique aviation contextualised Emergency First Aid at Work qualification which is externally accredited.

The first Airline & Airport Diploma option runs between 14 – 16th January 2014.

For those students currently booked on either of our current Two Day options of Air Cabin Crew OR Airline Customer Service Agents they can now upgrade to the Three Day option for only an extra £80.05 per student.

If you have already booked the Air Cabin Crew option you can ADD the Airline Customer Service Agent programme to complete the Airline & Airport Diploma by including the extra day of 14.1.14 OR if you are already booked onto the Airline Customer Service Agent programme you can ADD the Air Cabin Crew option to complete the Airline & Airport Diploma by including the extra day of 16.1.14.

In the last few months three Colleges from Overseas have signed MOU’s with JARE ATP to offer their students the chance to come to the UK and study aviation programmes utilising our unique facilities including our Boeing B737 Trainer Aircraft and Aviation Centre at Bournemouth International Airport.

Colleges in India, Kuwait and China have all signed MOU’s to bring their students in discreet groups to JARE ATP to study a range of Aviation programmes including an:-

Airline Diploma option – 3 months

Airport Diploma option – 3 months

Airline & Airport Diploma option – 6 months

These programmes are studied over 3-6 months and utilise JARE ATP’s British Accreditation Council accreditation for each student to gain UK Border Agency/Home Office entry to the UK to study on a Student Visitor Visa.
