Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance (LRQA) who assess and accredit JARE ATP’s ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) completed their Inspection on 10.3.14.
LRQA found that the JARE ATP QMS is:
Delivering customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Delivering policy, objective and improvement targets as set by senior management.
Helping to minimise business risks, support business objectives and also generating appropriate and reliable data to enable fact based decision making.
Providing improvement opportunities such as the revised feedback form, the terrorist programme, range of first aid programmes.
In the Executive Report LRQA concluded:-
The primary objective of this visit was to verify continued compliance with the standard which also provided the scope for the visit.
The JARE ATP QMS complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
All applicable aspects of the standard under assessment have been reviewed and addressed.
Other than business assurance / business risk, no other topics or themes were identified for this visit.
Continued certification / renewal of the certificate of approval is recommended as appropriate.
